SciComm Impact Week
5-day intensive programme
High-energy, hands-on training for your doctoral students and early-career researchers, culminating in a public showcase event. Builds presentation confidence through intensive practice, from story structure to confident delivery.
Available as a fully supported programme or with train-the-trainer capacity building.
SciComm Foundations
Comprehensive science communication curriculum
Our Science Communication Foundations formats provide complete SciComm and outreach communication training from fundamentals to practice. Choose from a semester-long programme, or an intensive programme delivered over one or two weeks, both culminating in an applied project.

Why choose an immersive programme?
Immersive learning means researchers don’t just hear about communication skills. They practice them, get feedback (from peers from similar and different disciplines), and refine their approach. Why? Because skills developed through repeated “doing” stick longer and transfer more effectively to real-world contexts.
Unlike our skills training options, immersive programmes are designed for sustained practice, feedback, and confidence-building over time, typically 3-5 days in person, or multiple modules throughout a semester.
