- Reviewing or creating a strategy? Bring us in to help your communication team challenge “business as usual” thinking, review what you have, and refine it or build something new. We’ll look at the big picture, the detailed actions, and how you’ll track what’s working.
- Struggling to implement part of your strategy? We’ll train your team in the skills you need and get the implementation done together, so you can manage it confidently from there.
- A one-person communication or training team? Many research and academic settings have one person doing it all. If you need a mentor, coach and sparring partner who helps you think clearly, supports you when things get tough, and offers practical help when you need it, we’d love to talk.
- Want to run one of our programmes in-house? Our train-the-trainer courses prepare your team to deliver formats like SciComm Impact Week in your own language and context, and we can develop them for other workshops on request.
